Our Famous Pork Chops: 1" thick, grilled boneless pork chops, lightly dust with a special blend of six peppers and spices.
KaBobs: Cubed Pork or Chicken, Onions, Bell Peppers, Mushrooms, Pineapple marinated and grilled on wooden skewers.
Chicken Breast: Boneless marinated chicken breast. Choice of Hawiian or Caribbean Jerk Marinade.
Johnsonville Brats: Smoked or Beer brats
Polish Kielbasa Sausage: For the big appetite, bursting with flavor.
Pulled Pork: Boston Butt, seasoned with a special pepper rub then slow roasted 12 hours.
Full Roasted Pig: Feeds approximately 150 people.
Green Beans: Slow cooked with ham hocks, onions and lots of bacon bits.
Old-Fashioned Baked Beans: Made with molasses, brown sugar and bacon.
Macaroni & Cheese: Made from scratch with butter, cream and real cheese. If you like it with a little more bite we can substitute Nacho cheese instead of American cheddar cheese.
Baked Potato: Load it up, we provide the butter, sour cream and bacon.
Twice Baked Potato Casserole: Oven-baked, layers of mashed potatoes, cheese, bacon and sour cream.
Potato Quarters: Red potatoes cut into bite size pieces, lightly seasoned with garlic and roasted in the oven and sprinkled with parsley.
Creamy Mashed Potatoes: An all time favorite. We whip in butter, cream, lightly salt and pepper and serve hot with lots of butter on top.
Buttered Corn: Tons of butter make this extra good.
Breads: Yeast Roll, French Bread, White and Wheat Hard roll, Bun
Tossed Green: Lettuce, carrots, celery, red radish, shredded cheese, bacon bits, and croutons. Choice of dressings.
Spinach Salad: Leafy spinach, apples, mandarin oranges, strawberries, almonds, vinaigrette dressing.
Ice Tea, Lemonade, Water

Home Made Ice Cream: Flavors: Fresh Banana, Orange Crush, and Vanilla. We make it 5 gallons at a time the old original way with ice and salt and a lot of cranking. We use fresh fruit, whole milk, cream, sugar and vanilla. Fresh Banana is our most requested. Quantities are limited to 120 servings
Blackberry, Peach, Apple, Cherry Cobbler: Hand made from scratch, lots of butter, blackberries / cherries and sugar. Old fashioned cobbler cooked in a black iron skillet just like Grandma did. Because this is prepared in small black iron dutch ovens this is a limited serving of 30 – 35 and should be considered with other desserts.
