Monday: Large Loaded Baked Potato, Choice of: Cheese, Chili, Bacon, Sour Cream, Butter

Tuesday: Enchilada and Mexican Rice

Wednesday: Salisbury Steak in Brown Gravy, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans

Thursday: Chicken Alfredo over a bed of rice
